Prenatal Friendly

Prenatal classes are designed to guide you from the very start of your pregnancy through your postpartum journey to stay fit and strong. I curated this at-home workout program during my own pregnancy for safe, fun and effective routines for each stage of motherhood. While I will suggest equipment, all of the workouts can be done without equipment. The equipment you’ll find we use mostly are booty bands, a mat, a chair, ankle weights (optional) and hand weights ranging from 2 to 8 lbs. Depending on what stage of pregnancy you are in and what your fitness level was pre-pregnancy, you can modify without weights or follow my recommendation using any household items as a replacement. As always, please make sure you are cleared by your doctor to workout before beginning any exercise program while pregnant.
