Cardio and HIIT

You will be uplifted and have a blast with my wide array of cardio and HIIT classes. Cardio is defines as any type of exercise that gets your heart rate up and keeps it up for a prolonged period of time. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and has a ton of amazing benefits to your health. I recommend 1-2 cardio/HIIT classes weekly, along with strength and resistance training workouts for the best results.
