Total Body

Total body workouts are designed to work all major muscle groups in one workout. I recommend training full body no more than 1-2x weekly, since you’ll see great results with a split of mixing total body days with upper and lower body classes as well. To help find the right class for you, simple go back to the On Demand page and use the “FILTER” selection to narrow down class by duration, equipment and intensity.
