With nearly 10 years of experience as a trainer—and a journey shaped by hardships, hormonal struggles, burnout, and motherhood—Brooke created the space she longed for. Sweat At Home Club is her answer to the pressure women face in fitness and wellness.
In a world of extremes and hustle culture, Brooke built a community rooted in rhythm, nourishment, and intention. Here, women reconnect with their bodies and feel strong, seen, and supported—without having to do more or be more.
