What happens after my 30 day trial period ends?
After 30 days...
Your 30 day trial will renew automatically as a monthly unlimited on demand membership unless you cancel or request a different plan prior to the trial expiration date. You can reach out to info@sweatathome.club to change or cancel your plan. You can also cancel your plan by managing your subscriptions within your online account.
What equipment do I need?
Not much...
While some classes require equipment/props, there’s several hundred that don’t! So you can start today with just yourself and a yoga mat (or towel). But ideally, you’d want light weights to start and eventually some heavier ones. A set of 1-3 lbs. and 5 lbs. are a great start. Eventually, 8 lb. or higher depending on the class. A good quality yoga mat is a plus. A pilates ball, bands, sliders, etc. are all extras you can add down the road. You can shop my Amazon shopping list for my home workout essentials here
I haven't worked out in a while. Where should I begin?

Because we just revamped what was the old “Beginner’s Program” to a beautifully put together series called Activate. This 7-week series committing to only 3x per week– and the classes are 25 minutes and under. You’ll be led with classes by Brooke to improve your body composition using just your bodyweight and light dumbbells. It also strongly works on connecting your breath to your body to create better awareness (results) and improves stamina that will strengthen you perfectly for my Pilates Sculpt series. All classes are low impact (no jumping).

I'm pregnant. Can I do these classes? Where should I begin?

While so many of our classes are prenatal friendly, typically modifying exercises shouldn’t be a concern until mid/end second trimester. Until then, you can browse through the full class library, or checkout the prenatal section of classes.
I'm newly postpartum and haven't worked out since giving birth. Where should I begin?
You've come to the right place.
Head on over to the Reconnect Series which is a 6-week program easing your core and body back together again after birth. Recommended for anyone who has had a baby and have trouble “finding” their core connection. It’s 6 weeks, 3x a week of 20-min and under classes.
