My full length classes range from about 40 to 60 minutes. I suggest these classes if you are feeling like your 20 or 30 minute class routines are feeling stale and you want to push yourself. To help find the right class for you, simple go back to the On Demand page and use the “FILTER” selection to narrow down class by body part focus, equipment and intensity.
