Maximum results in under 25 minutes, I’ve designed these classes to give you a great workout when you are pressed for time. Always remember, 25 minutes is better than 0. I suggest supplementing these into your weekly workout routine when you don’t have much time in your schedule. You can also stack these together and create your own workout doing 2 or more of these in a day… or if you need a little extra after another class feel free to pick one that catches your attention!
